I didn't think I'd get a workou...17 rounds for me. I didn't think I'd get a workout in today due to my schedule, but there I was, 8:00 pm, grinding out rounds. After the first 5 rounds I increased the pushups to 10 per round. <BR/><BR/>I'm going to keep track of all the reps per exercise and total them up at the end. Day 1 went great. Reps varied from 15 to 22 depending on the guy.
