This video comes to us from SealFit.com. The exercise is called a Man-Maker. While I'll let the video do the explaining, this is a combination movement that morphs a dumbbell burpee-renegade row-pushup-dumbell hang squat clean-push press sort of movement. Say that 10 times as fast as you can!! ;)
Yeah, it's everything rolled into one. Hex-bells (like in the video) are easiest. Using kettlebells would be more of a challenge.
