I just returned from a great trip to Italy. Had lots of time to think about life. And of course, fitness. A lot of emotion and analysis about where I am, where I've been, and where I'm headed. I hope to share of my thoughts with you as the weeks progress.
I hope I adequately pre-published enough posts in my absence to keep you all nourished ;-)
