Kettlebell Athletics (KBA) is a gym based in Philadelphia, PA. Like many kettlebelling websites/gyms, there is drive to make money. Nothing different here. However, there are also some really good videos the trainer posts to the blog. They might be hard to find, but stick with it. Browse around the site and click through previous posts to find those nuggets of gold in the ore!
